1. Centuries-old Humanities History

Xinshi Town, the firm’s location, is always called as “ancient town with thousands years’ history and riverside township in the South of China”, and also “reduction of Shanghai for past thousands years and Broadway in the South of China”, which was regionalized in 1697. The industrious and intelligent people in Xinshi have constructed the town to be a rich and key place that gathers the businessman and travelers since its establishment.  

In Jiashen year of Qianlong Empire (1764), the Hangzhou Waterway Script, wrote by LI Feng, recorded that four candied fruits, namely candied apple, candied longan, candied peach and candied greengage, were presented in The Chinese Feast. The candied greengage of Xinshi reserved such long history, it greatly relates with local custom and culture of ancient Xinshi. It is said that the residents will fete the guest by the candied greengage in any wedding ceremony to represent the newly-coupled have a “sweet and honey life and have a baby as soon as possible”.
